If you choose to rent with the Affordable Equity Project, then you will never pay a brokers fee that is our promise to you. If you choose to rent with us, then all you will pay is your first months rent and a one month security deposit. With the Affordable Equity Project, you will never pay a brokers fee, guaranteed.
