| Yes you can, the Affordable Equity Project accepts guarantors, even out of state guarantors, if you are going to use a guarantor with your application, they will either need to accompany you to the viewing of the property, and provide proof of income. Or they will need to submit a separate application along with a $40 processing fee. A second application and processing fee will be needed and is required for an out of state guarantor. A second application and processing fee will also be required if a guarantors name will appear on the lease. |
